Our mission is to produce and distribute high quality hemp derived products and provide friendly and easy customer service. That is why this page isn’t a mile long. Good customer service doesn’t require 50 pages of legalese.
If you are not happy with the quality of our products, you can call or email us within 30 days and we will refund the dollar amount you paid for that order or product less shipping and applicable taxes.
Orders Damaged During Shipping:
If you receive your order and it has been damaged and unusable during shipping, please call or email us, send us a picture of the damaged product and we will ship you a replacement order at not cost to you.
Better Than Nine’s products are produced in a sterile, food-grade environment. We do not resell items that have left our possession. Because of this, we do not require damaged or unwanted products to be returned to us. If you receive a product that you are not happy with and we have refunded your money, we encourage you to gift the remaining product to a family member or friend who may enjoy it and become a customer.
The One Catch:
Our refund policy is simple, easy, and customer oriented. It can be abused because of this. If we see a pattern of abuse, for instance, a customer saying they didn’t like the product, getting a refund for it, and then ordering the same product again, we reserve the right to deny the refund. This has not been a problem and we will investigate suspicious situations on a case by case basis. This ‘catch’ in our refund policy shouldn’t worry you because we value and spoil our customers. It is simply a caveat to protect us from those bad apples trying to take advantage of good apples. Once you start working with us, you’ll quickly learn that our team’s knowledge and professionalism are second to none.
