Genetics: White Truffle is another Indica dominant hybrid that has Gorilla Butter genetics. Gorilla Butter is one of the numerous crosses that feature the famous Gorilla Glue #4. White Truffle also has Peanut Butter Breath parents. The result is a very cool and unique strain.
Appearance: Sticky, perfectly formed buds. The heavy trichomes are like lingerie hiding a beautiful rainbow of purples, blues, oranges, and greens.
Smell: One characteristic that makes White Truffle so attractive to me is its smell and taste. It smells like truffle oil.
Taste: White Truffle has a rich, savory taste. I think they call it umami. It tastes so much like truffle oil that it confuses your brain – like when you eat a jelly bean that’s popcorn flavor. You taste popcorn, but the texture and context are completely wrong. I’m saying this as a positive.
Daniel’s Review: The effects are true to a stable indica. White Truffle is clear and calming. I’m very high-strung, so indicas work well with me. White Truffle strain is a good all rounder for me because it isn’t a head buster with 36% THC. It’s in the mid 20’s and is just a beautiful flower. It has every feature of well grown and babied flowers.
These beautiful buds qualify as industrial hemp and comply with ALL provisions of the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill. There are 2 legal requirements that a product must meet to be legal hemp:
1 . The cannabis plant must be grown under a Federal Hemp License.
2. The finished product must have less than .3% Delta-9 THC
These flowers comply with both. Look at the attached COA and you’ll see the Delta 9 THC is less than .3%.
Here’s the cool part. The Delta 9 THCa can be over 30%. This is not chemically altered or sprayed with anything. These are legit cannabis buds that are harvested before the D9 THC gets ‘hot’ (over .3%). Delta 9 THC and Delta 9 THCa are very similar compounds. In fact, THCa is a precursor to THC. However, they are 100% different, so the Farm Bill counts this as hemp.
