Genetics: Sativa cross of Lemon Cake and SOGA. SOGA is Sour OG Affie. I know Sour OG, but not Affie. Maybe Afghani Kush?

Appearance: Medium Sized buds that are light green and purple that are completely covered with white trichomes.

Smell: Bright and fruity with that clean soapy smell you get from high end sativa.

Taste: The taste is sharp and soapy with fruity overtones.

Daniel’s 1-hit Review: I was extra excited to get Pop Tartz because I hadn’t gotten any boutique flowers since the Purple Runtz and Gauva.  Pop Tartz did not disappoint me. It has that sharp clean smell that you get from top quality flowers. The colors are all there – vivid greens and purples that are hidden beneath a dense layer of trichomes. If you got the purple runtz or Guava, Pop Tartz is the same quality with the effects similar to the Gauva. This is boutique so everything about it is top shelf – the smell, the taste, the effects, the trim, the moisture content, etc.

Pop Tartz is a great, functional smoke. It’s effects are strong and long-lasting, but very clean and functional. I don’t want to say that you don’t feel it because you feel it, but it doesn’t ‘impair’ you. You know how some strains disable you to the point that you can only do certain things like eat, laugh, or stare? Pop Tartz doesn’t do that. It’s like the cannabis version of strong coffee. It picks you up and gets you going. I find that it’s great from doing boring chores like cleaning or grocery shopping because it makes you want to be productive and makes mundane tasks more exciting. I guess they call it Pop Tarts because it’s fruity and starts your day as part of a complete breakfast?

I don’t think we’re supposed to call it Pop Tartz anymore because of trademark infringement, so I hope Nabisco or General Mills isn’t reading this. The ironic this is that our Pop Tartz are healthier than the food Pop Tartz. Go read the nutrition facts on a box of Pop Tarts. I can’t believe they were allowed to market this as healthy for kids to eat for breakfast. One day I’m going to figure out why diabetes and obesity are such a health concern in the US.

Leave the junk food alone and get these Pop Tartz. They are so much better!
