📦 Processing & Fulfillment Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • You will receive another notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
  • Delays may occur during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to carrier issues outside our control.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer UPS Ground shipping throughout the United States only.

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 2-5 business days

We charge a flat rate of $6.95 for shipping with free shipping on orders over $80 (before taxes, shipping, etc.)


🌱 Age & Signature Requirements

  • You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Better Than Nine.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the age requirement in your jurisdiction.
  • We may require adult signature upon delivery for certain orders.

🌎 Shipping Restrictions

We only ship within the United States.
Due to state and provincial regulations, we do not ship to the following U.S. states: Oregon


❌ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Better Than Nine is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@betterthannine.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items.
