- You will receive another notification once your order has shipped, including tracking information.
- Delays may occur during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to carrier issues outside our control.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer UPS Ground shipping throughout the United States only.
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 2-5 business days
We charge a flat rate of $6.95 for shipping with free shipping on orders over $80 (before taxes, shipping, etc.)
🌱 Age & Signature Requirements
- You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Better Than Nine.
- By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the age requirement in your jurisdiction.
- We may require adult signature upon delivery for certain orders.
🌎 Shipping Restrictions
We only ship within the United States.
Due to state and provincial regulations, we do not ship to the following U.S. states: Oregon
❌ Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Better Than Nine is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@betterthannine.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items.
