Sativa Leaning Hybrid – Purple Punch x Gelonade. Smells like candy.
Genetics: Sativa leaning hybrid that is a cross of Purple Punch and Gelonade. Gelonade is Gelato and Lemon Tree.
Appearance: Chunky and dense buds. It looks a lot like Gelato 41. It has lots of trichomes that cover the light green flowers with deep purple undertones.
Smell: Purple Gelonade smells like grape jolly ranchers. It’s one of the sweetest, candylike smelling cannabis’ I’ve ever smelled.
Taste: Citrusy, sweet, and berry similar to the smell.
Daniel’s 1-hit Review: I knew Purple Gelonade was sativa leaning as soon as I smelled it. I’m careful with sativas because they can give me anxiety, so I went very easy on testing this purple gelonade. It was a very creative, energetic and productive effect. I went to Publix and got everything on the list – didn’t forget the most important thing and come home with a party size bag of Twix bars (yall know what I mean.) It definitely acts like a sativa – it acts fast and you start soaring. There is enough indica to keep at least 1 foot on the ground. Remember that I only take 1 ‘normal’ hit for these reviews. I think 1-2 more would have been very sativa. BTW – This stuff smells like grape blow pop. It’s cool.

These beautiful buds qualify as industrial hemp and comply with ALL provisions of the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill. There are 2 legal requirements that a product must meet to be legal hemp:
1 . The cannabis plant must be grown under a Federal Hemp License.
2. The finished product must have less than .3% Delta-9 THC
These flowers comply with both. Look at the attached COA and you’ll see the Delta 9 THC is less than .3%.
Here’s the cool part. The Delta 9 THCa can be over 30%. This is not chemically altered or sprayed with anything. These are legit cannabis buds that are harvested before the D9 THC gets ‘hot’ (over .3%). Delta 9 THC and Delta 9 THCa are very similar compounds. In fact, THCa is a precursor to THC. However, they are 100% different, so the Farm Bill counts this as hemp.
