Skywalker OG Cannabis Strain Info

Genetics: Indica Dominant (70:30) kush cross of Blueberry OG and Mazar.

Appearance: This is sticky and all uniform buds. The colors are green and purple, but you can barely see it through the thick layer of white trichomes.

Smell: This Skywalker OG smells very sweet – like honeysuckle. It also has that OG smell – piney and gassy.

Taste: It tastes good. You can tell it’s fresh because the smoke is a little harsh, but it tastes like the old school Skywalker OG from the 2010s.

Daniel’s 1-hit Review: I was super excited when I saw Skywalker OG come through. This has been one of my favorite strains since the first time I got pounds of it in 2012 or 2013. This is a well grown batch. The buds are all uniform and totally whited out from the resin glands. You’ll notice that most THCA flowers have white crystals and never gold or amber like illegal marijuana. This is because we have to harvest early to make sure the THCA doesn’t have time to turn into THC, which turns our product from legal to illegal because of random numbers politicians thought up. The trichomes turn amber with time, but they also turn into active THC, which is a ‘no no’ for hemp.

This Skywalker OG was super creeper. I took my standard 1 hit and went about my business. The sativa genetics shined early because I was energetic and ready to do something. As I chatted on the phone with a client, I had a missed call from my mechanic. He was calling to tell me my truck was ready to pickup. I broke an axel that they fixed. I called him back around 6pm on Friday before Memorial Day. He said my truck was ready and they’d be there until about 6:30. He said If I couldn’t come then, it was fine to wait until Tuesday. I was motivated to be productive and thought, “I can totally get there by 6:30. I’m gonna go right now.” I did. I jumped in my other car and got to the mechanic around 6:15. Right as I was pulling in, a SMALL detail occurred to me. There was one of me and 2 cars to drive. I completely forgot that I needed a ride because I can only drive 1 car at a time. I just kept going to the QT, got a beer, and started my Memorial Day Weekend.

I would sum up Skywalker OG as a beautiful hybrid – the sativa gave me the motivation to go do things and indica made sure that I did everything wrong. I’ve been laughing about this for a few days now. Don’t let the 26% THCA fool you. Skywalker OG will give you ‘The Force.’

These are legit cannabis buds that are harvested before the D9 THC gets ‘hot’ (over .3%). Delta 9 THC and Delta 9 THCa are very similar compounds. In fact, THCa is a precursor to THC. However, they are 100% different, so the Farm Bill counts this as hemp.
