Appearance: Soft, well built buds that are dark green with orange hairs and purple tips. Nice Trichomes as always!

Smell: Jelly Rancher smells very fruity – mostly citrus and berry. It has that strong earthy kush smell too.

Taste: Jelly rancher tastes closely to how it smells – fruity and kushy.

Daniel’s 1-hit Review: I was excited when I knew Jelly Rancher was coming because I’ve wanted to try this one for years and had not come across it. Jelly Rancher came in the same batch as the Pop Tartz, so it was a fruity box. The first thing you notice about the Jelly Rancher is the loud, fruity smell. There is something satisfying about how this one smells. The next thing you notice is how the buds are the perfect softness and moisture. They feel good to the touch, they grind evenly, and they smoke evenly. They smoke is thick and tastes fruity like the smell.

Jelly Ranchers effects are like most good sativas. You feel it rush into your head and then floods your brain and body with energy. What’s funny about Sativa tests is that I rarely have a funny story from them. I guess this is why people consider sativas the ‘daytime’ strains or ‘productive’ strains. I functioned at a very high level on Jelly Rancher (no pun intended). The Jelly Rancher motivated me to do something, so I went and blew off the patios and driveway. Then, I started packing for a weekend trip I was going on. I packed everything on my list and didn’t forget anything, so Jelly Rancher is a proper sativa. You see how the clean sativas make my one hit reviews less fun?

If this were a booming indica or wacky hybrid, my packing story would’ve have been something like I only packed socks, flip flops, boxers, and 8 Costco boxes of Little Debbie Oatmeal Cream Pies. This wasn’t the case with Jelly Rancher, I packed everything on my list. The caveat here is that I wrote the list before any smoking. This story probably would’ve been different if I hit the Jelly Rancher and then tried to write a list.

Personally, I’m so happy that I like sativas now. I used to be only indica because sativas tended to give me anxiety. That’s not the case anymore. I don’t know why. I’m thinking it’s because I’ve learned the right amount for me and it may be 1 or 2 hits. The old days was a whole joint regardless of potency or setting. Being middle aged has changed the level of stupid that I aspire to be.

The Jelly Rancher is an all around great flower. Anyone who buys it will be happy. I am.
