Genetics: Lemon Head is a sativa cross of Lemon G and a debate – either Lemon G or Faceoff OG.

Appearance: Light, fluffy buds that are mostly dark purple on the outside and bright green on the inside. Light amber trichomes and a lot of them.

Smell: Fresh lemon zest and soap. Impressive smell.

Taste: Lemon and lavender

Terpene Profile: Limonene, Myrcene, Linalool

The first thing I noticed about Lemon Head was the smell. It has one of the most lemony and ‘soapy’ smells of any strain I’ve had. It isn’t ‘loudest’, meaning if you open it in your house, someone at the mailbox will smell it, but the actual lemon smell is very sharp. Idk if everyone smells ‘soapy’ like I do. I know some people do, but I know others don’t.

I said it smells like lemon scented laundry detergent to someone.

Personally, I was conflicted because it smells incredible but strains with these smells have caused me sativa anxiety in the past. So, I knew to be aware of when and where I did my review of Lemon Head. Here are few pieces of info that I think are important:

• My first hit was smaller than normal because i was scared.
• I have tried Lemon Head at least 3 times
• My ‘hits’ became normal sized after the first one.

I’m gonna cut to the chase. Lemon Heads didn’t give me any anxiety. The first time was surely the smaller hit. However, since then, I’ve hit it normal and have felt great. Idk the reason. It could be the actual terpene profile of Lemon Head or it could be that I’m getting better at controlling my thoughts. I guess time will tell.

Lemon Head’s effects are stereotypical of a limonene heavy sativa – clear, energetic, uplifting, and motivating. The first time we did this, I was with a group of 4 and we went to the Greek festival afterwards. Lemon Heads was perfect for being at a social, outdoor festival in great weather. And it’s on brand because lemon is a foundational ingredient in Greek cooking!

It’s 7:20am. I’m awake and feel good, but I’m also thinking about all the work I need to do today, so I’m gonna wrap this up.

Lemon Head smells and tastes amazing. The effects are perfectly sativa, but didn’t cause me any overstimulation or anxiety. I’d order this one quickly if you’re interested. I don’t have a lot to begin with and I think it will go quickly.

However, they are 100% different, so the Farm Bill counts this as hemp.
