Genetics:Â 50:50 Hybrid with all purple genetics – Purple Diesel, Purple Urkel, and Purple Doja.
Appearance: I bet you can’t guess the color. Wrong. It’s purple. It’s also light green. Purple Voodoo has very distinct and pretty buds. The colors are balanced and the green leaves are tiny cannabis leaves curled into the buds as if they are hugging it. I still can’t pinpoint why Purple Voodoo is so eye catching to me, but it is.
Smell:Â Purple Voodoo smells pungent, musky, and gassy from all the purple and diesel strains. The smell reminds me of old school norcal hoop house hippie home grown.
Taste:Â It tastes like it smells – musky and diesel. The smell sticks in your mouth so don’t smoke this if you’re going to talk to anyone for an hour afterwards.
Daniel’s 1-hit Review: The first thing that caught my eye was the appearance (which I guess is oxymoron because my eyes would be the only things that capture appearance). As I said above, I don’t know what makes purple voodoo look so cool to me, but it does. The more impactful characteristic of Purple Voodoo is the smell. Man, it smells musky and gassy to the point that I thought something was happening. However, that’s what it’s supposed to smell like. Even Leafly’s description mentions the Purple Voodoo is pungent and musky. It tastes just like it smells – pungent and musky. It’s strong. I sat in a chair with a dead eye gaze it what appeared to be deep thought. But don’t be fooled. There was no deep thinking. It was more of a stupor. 33% THCa tends to do that. Everything about Purple Voodoo is strong and intense. This isn’t for beginners, low tolerance people, or casual use. Voodoo is spooooky!

These beautiful buds qualify as industrial hemp and comply with ALL provisions of the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill. There are 2 legal requirements that a product must meet to be legal hemp:

Here’s the cool part. The Delta 9 THCa can be over 30%. This is not chemically altered or sprayed with anything. These are legit cannabis buds that are harvested before the D9 THC gets ‘hot’ (over .3%). Delta 9 THC and Delta 9 THCa are very similar compounds. In fact, THCa is a precursor to THC. However, they are 100% different, so the Farm Bill counts this as hemp.
